Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at MiroCards. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund for Inspiration Points purchases.

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • You have unused Inspiration Points remaining in your account
  • Your account is in good standing (not suspended or banned)
  • The calculated refund amount is greater than $1.00 after processing fee

2. Refund Calculation

Refund = Order Amount × (Remaining / Initial) - $1.00

Example: If you purchased 100 points for $10.00 and have 70 points remaining:

  • Pro-rata amount: $10.00 × (70/100) = $7.00
  • Processing fee: $1.00
  • Final refund: $7.00 - $1.00 = $6.00

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Points that have already been used for card readings
  • Bonus points received as promotions or gifts (e.g., new user welcome bonus)
  • When the calculated refund amount is less than $1.00
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@mirocards.com
  2. Include your account email address in the request
  3. State the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
  4. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
  5. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

5. Response Time

Our Commitment: We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Your satisfaction is important to us.

6. Special Cases

In cases of technical issues preventing service delivery, unauthorized transactions, or other extenuating circumstances, we may offer:

  • Full refund without processing fee deduction
  • Credit of additional Inspiration Points
  • Extension of service access

Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
