By accessing and using MiroCards ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MiroCards is an AI-powered subconscious projection tool that helps users explore their inner thoughts through card drawing and guided dialogue. The Service uses advanced AI models to provide personalized reflection experiences.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Virtual Currency (Inspiration Points)

"Inspiration Points" are virtual credits used within the Service:

• Points are purchased with real currency
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points are non-transferable between accounts
• Unused points remain in your account until used or refunded
• Each card reading session consumes 1 Inspiration Point

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for unused Inspiration Points under the following conditions:

• We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days
• Refund Amount = Total Order Amount × (Remaining Quantity / Initial Quantity) - Processing Fee ($1.00)
• Refunds under $1.00 after fee calculation are not eligible
• Refund requests should be sent to support@mirocards.com

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Share content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by MiroCards and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your personal reflection content remains yours.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MiroCards:

• Does not provide professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice
• Is intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only
• Should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health services
• Makes no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiroCards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
